We began having issues after the first week with the vehicle and have received little to no support to resolve our issue. I have afforded the management at the dealership the courtesy to resolve the issue without posting a poor review through BMW or dealerrater, but have not received the same respect to resolve my issues timely and has become beyond an inconvenience. I wanted pass along my experience with Lou Bachrodt BMW so other potential buyers be warned. More

Courteous and knowledgeable When I went to the Mall I was a little nervous and apprehensive. This was the first new car I was considering purchasing since the loss of my husband When I went to the Mall I was a little nervous and apprehensive. This was the first new car I was considering purchasing since the loss of my husband. I was greeted at the door and introduced to a salesman, Prosper Rubino, who quickly put me at ease. He addressed my concerns and answered all my questions in a courteous manner, without ever being pushy. It turned out the very same car I had been looking at online was in the show room. After riding in it and his thorough disicription of the new features, I knew it was the car I wanted. The purchase went very smooth along with his help in trading in my current vehicle at a reasonable price. Every person I met at the Mall was very friendly and hospitable, I also am confident that if I have any questions or problems with my new car that Prosper or other personnel will be there to help me.
