This car shopping experience being my daughters first at buying a car I had hoped to not be a discouraging one, but that turned out to not be the case. There were several times when I would have walked out the door, but my daughter insisted that we stay. In the end the entire process took just shy of 6 hours, and if it had been left up to me it would have never happened at all. She is happy with her new car and that makes me happy, but I would never do that again nor will I. Our salesman Warren Burgess was the only redeeming factor in this car buying experience and our dissatisfaction is most definitely not his fault. Thank You Warren for everything that you did to make us as comfortable as you could. More

I recently went back to the dealership for a tire that was losing air. They found a nail in the tire and had me in and out in about 45 min. A staff member also spent about an hour going over some questions I had on my car. More
