We were looking for a nice used vehicle and Warren was patient with us and answered our questions and had a good sense of humor about going with us to ride in the back of a MINI Cooper. There was a little bit of miscommunication about our form of payment once we went to the finance department and there was a bit of a wait, but the employee there was also newer and learning the ropes as well so we understood.
