Unsatisfied Customer Well, where do I begin? 2015 Chevy Camaro LS. I had been wanting this car for quite some time. I did some research on this vehicle for 3 weeks prio Well, where do I begin? 2015 Chevy Camaro LS. I had been wanting this car for quite some time. I did some research on this vehicle for 3 weeks prior to making the decision to go to Lou Bachrodt Auto Mall. I even checked with a couple dealerships in Chicago. I thought i would give my business to a local dealership. I chose Lou Bachrodt because I figured I would get the fair treatment and respect that I deserve, especially being a local resident. Boy, was I wrong. On December 19th 2015, I requested an on online quote for the above mentioned vehicle. Jermicia Newsome emailed me a quote of $21,682. That particular car was red, no stripe down the middle, 2015 Chevy Camaro LS. I told Jermicia that I liked the Blue Velvet Metallic vehicle. Same vehicle, just a different color, with a silver stripe down the middle. I also told her that I saw these same vehicles being sold in Chicago for $18,500. I said can you guys match that price. To which she said, we certainly can. So she set up an appointment for December 26th 2015, which is when I visited the dealership. She said they would be ready for me when I arrived with the vehicle pulled up ready for a test drive. When I arrived, the vehicle was not ready. I learned that Jermicia was on vacation. The Internet specialist lady was aware that I was coming, but all other details she knew nothing. When my mother and I arrived, I did get some hellos and how are you, but I also got some looks as if they thought I didn't have a pot to piss in or a window to throw it out of. I sit down with Prosper Robino. He gets a bit of information from me. And asks if I'd like to test drive the car. I said yes. He pulls up the wrong vehicle, which further tells me that Jermicia Newsome did not relay all the details properly. Unprofessional! Prosper Robino finally pulls up the correct vehicle. My mother and I go for the test drive. After the test drive Prosper proceeds to offer me the vehicle at a selling price of $25,000, with $1,000 down. I told Prosper, I know you can go lower than that. Then spoke with his manager Mitch Nelson and I told him I would like them to lower the selling price by $2,000. He said he couldn't do $2,000 and instead gave me $1,000. I felt insulated, but still proceeded in order to see what type of financing they would offer me. I did tell Prosper that I checked my credit score on experian and it said my score was a 675. My mother and I make our way over to financing, where we speak with Frank Sumpter. Frank offers me an APR of 7.6%. And financing $22,500. That's with $4,000 down and all rebates included, but extended warranty not factored in. Something didn't feel right so I called a friend. My friend told me that I should be getting a lower APR according to my credit score. I told Frank Sumpter this. He then offered me 3%, but said he was going to take $1,500 of the rebate back. I then became frustrated and got up to leave. Frank calls me back and says that he's talking to his manager about a better deal. Frank then offers me 3.64%. After approximately six hours of going back and forth, I accept the deal. As I'm signing paperwork, Frank gives me a printout from transunion that said my credit score is a 699. With a 699, I should have been immediately offered an APR of 3% without all the hassle. I then felt like I was being taken for a ride and being taken advantage of. Honestly, I really felt disrespected. I believe they could have given me an APR in the 2% range and that they could have taken at least another $1,500 off the selling price. The only two reasons I bought the vehicle, is because I liked the color Blue Velvet Metallic with the silver stripe, which I didn't see that particular color anywhere else and at least I was able to get 3.64% APR and I had to fight tooth and nail to get that. SALESMAN- MIKE FISHER EVEN THOUGH I DIDN'T PURCHASE A CAR AT THEIR DEALERSHIP, MIKE FISHER WAS A GREAT PERSON TO WORK WITH ESPECIALLY WITH HIS FOLLOW UP. DID HIS HOMEWORK ON THE FIGURES TOO. I JUST HAPPENED TO FIND THE EXACT CAR I WAS LOOKING FOR ELSEWHERE. THE CAR WAS A 2016 GMC ACADIA .WHICH IS NOT A VEHICLE BRAND I THE BOX OF THIS SURVEY. More

He spent 5 hours listening to me and helping to reach a conclusion of what I really wanted in a car. He answered every question and satisfied every thought regarding other models and makes, but ultimately, the chevy malibu fit the bill.
