Ezxellent!Fil gave phenomenal cust. seevice Fil answered every question I had and when I told him what I was looking for in a vehicle he found the perfect car for me! I AM IN LOVE WITH MY CAR!! He was not intimidating at all and was very approachable and friendly as well he took extra time to make sure I knew how to operate all the features of the car so I felt comfortable when I got home with the vehicle. Thank you so much for going above and beyond!! The car broke down on me, and the moment it happened the entire staff jumped into action. I had a loaner within minutes, and they managed to find the part DAYS before they had originally anticipated. I can not say thank you to Nick in the service department enough times. He is truly amazing!! I would like to also say a special thank you to Mitch and Kevin (again) for putting up with my irrational woman brain when I couldn't handle the thought of my precious new car having a problem. I would wager you're both married because you handled it like champs. I would urge everyone to give this dealership a chance to show you why they are the best, even though I'm still waiting for my Bachrodt pen. :) More

Another Home Run with Lou Bachrodt and Joe Luy I have bought my last 7 cars from Joe Luy at Lou Bachrodt. There is a reason that I keep going back. The level of service is unmatched anywhere. Jo I have bought my last 7 cars from Joe Luy at Lou Bachrodt. There is a reason that I keep going back. The level of service is unmatched anywhere. Joe is knowledgeable, friendly and honest. He has never steered me wrong and doesn't try to force fit you into a car to subsidize his check. Theressa was also great to work with. She was friendly and explained her options well. In general, all the folks at the dealership seem to be trained well and understand how to treat the customer. In today's world, pricing information is so readily available on the internet so dealers are forced to be around the same price. Therefore, what separates one dealer from another is customer service. Good job Lou Bachrodt. Keep it up! More
