car troubles on a late Friday My red charge service light came just as I was going by Lou Bachrodt, heading to Chicago for my grandsons 2nd birthday, on a Friday at 6:20 pm. I knew My red charge service light came just as I was going by Lou Bachrodt, heading to Chicago for my grandsons 2nd birthday, on a Friday at 6:20 pm. I knew the service dept. was closed but I was hoping to find someone to see if it was safe to drive to Chicago. As my luck started, Fil was standing by the side door. I bought a used 2014 Impala 13 months ago from Fil. He came outside and I explained what was going on with the car. He had me shut if off and then, it would not start. He went inside, got a booster, and jumped the car. He was thinking bad battery. I explained to Fil that I was going to Chicago for the weekend. He told me not to worry and gave me a car to use. WOW-- shocked me. I had to ask him 3 times if what I heard was correct. Sure enough, 20 minutes later, I was on the road. Doesn't get any better than that for Salesman service. More

Led soen the rosie path Salesman was not backed up by his superiors. As a matter of fact he was led to believe the same hokum that he was told to feed me. Overall the dealer Salesman was not backed up by his superiors. As a matter of fact he was led to believe the same hokum that he was told to feed me. Overall the dealership sold me a bill of goods and a car that needed repair but when it came down to living up to their word they don't speak this language anymore. Of course we can fix anything on your car but it will cost the standard rates! Then I made an appointment, took time off work, showed up on time and then was told that 1. an appointment time does not exist. 2. The guy that usually does that is not here today. 3. Are you sure you made an appointment with us? What a bunch of liars. I made my displeasure known to the poor Salesman (since he was the only one listening), but it was not really his fault because his bosses (the sales manager and the finance manager told him what he can tell me. Overall, I think one would be better off to go to a bazar in Bagdad where you expect to get ripped off and listen to double talk. This whole experience was a disaster and certainly nothing to motivate me to buy even coffee at that place. Sad at best! More

Waste of time A woman by the name of Niecee that makes appointments called us and said they have someone that wants to buy my car. We told them we are way to upsidedown to sell the car and she said she knows everything about our loan and it won't be a problem. They said they had a buyer for the car it will be paid off in full and we could finance a newer one. When we got there there was no buyer for the car they wasted one and a half hours of our day trying to sell us a new car for more money. This deception cost them a customer. We have bought three cars from them and now we will never go back and we will warn everyone we can tell about the deception. My time is valuable iWork 12 hours a. Day5 to 6 days a week and these people wasted what little spare time I have. More

As our 2013 Buick Verano was coming off lease, Sam worked with us in planning our actual purchase of the car. We had several discussions over the last few months about this. Sam made the entire process quite pleasurable. Our finance consultant, Ed Sennett, also made that part of the transaction quite pleasant as well, in a very amusing way. We are repeat customers at this dealership, as well as at its alternate previous location on East State Street here in Rockford, IL. All of our buying and repair experiences have been rated A++ and 10 stars. The dealership is clean, the people are friendly, the service is great. What else can we say!?! More
