Excellent Service! I just leased a 2016 Chevy Cruze. This was my first major purchase and Josh and the staff were so patient during the process. Fil made this the best car buying expierence I have ever had I will only buy from Fil from now on. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Bob Christenson, my most recent salesman, was outstanding in every respect. I traded up from my 2013 Chevrolet Malibu LS to a 2016 Malibu LT that was loaded with options. I fell in love with this car as soon as I saw it, and I must say that the team at Lou Bachrodt went above and beyond to not only get me into this car, but to provide a great deal in doing so. This deal included a $12,000 dollar allowance on my old car, whose wholesale value was only $8,000.00, which amounts to a $4,000.00 discount on the sticker price, which is nothing to sneeze at. I not only purchase my cars at Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet; I have all of the maintenance and servicing done at their service center. I would wholly and unreservedly recommend Lou Bachrodt to anyone searching for a good car at a good price. I know I will be back. More
