Not happy We bought a used SUV from this dealership. It was supposed to be "Qcertified". While I don't expect a used vehicle to be perfect, the rear brakes We bought a used SUV from this dealership. It was supposed to be "Qcertified". While I don't expect a used vehicle to be perfect, the rear brakes started grinding and it is also leaking oil. I would think anything they claim as certified wouldn't have these kind of problems. Plus they messed up the paperwork and sensor had to drive back there 2 days later and fix their mistake. More

I had a very unique situation with A/C that was not easy to diagnose but Brian put his best technician on it and it was fixed very quickly.
