A Confident buying experience. I was at my wits end shopping for a car, this was the last place I was going to for the day and it should have been my first!! I was greeted by Carl w I was at my wits end shopping for a car, this was the last place I was going to for the day and it should have been my first!! I was greeted by Carl who just seemed to calm all my frustrations that I had the past two days with other car dealers. He gave me the best price for my trade in right off the bat, more than what I was looking for! Allowed me to drive the car over the weekend to make sure it’s what I wanted. It’s used so I understood some ware but when I went to pick it up, they worked to make it look like it just come out of the factory showroom floor. I love driving this camaro, I feel safe and confident in it and I feel confident I made the right choice to pick something FUN thanks to Carl. More

Exceeded expectations I am always hesitant going to a dealership because a lot of places I’ve been to in the past the sales reps were very pushy, tried to sell you what you I am always hesitant going to a dealership because a lot of places I’ve been to in the past the sales reps were very pushy, tried to sell you what you didn’t want and looked at you as if you were a number. Brandon was awesome, from the time I met him to the time I drove off in my new car, he listened to what I wanted, and he made everything work. Patti in accounting was just as wonderful. I will go back to Lou Bachrodt. They made my bad experiences vanish with just the smallest thing ever...treating me as a person! thank you! More
