Thankful So, this is hard for me to write as I have been a loyal Anderson Ford customer for over 30 years, as my father worked there and was a salesman for eve So, this is hard for me to write as I have been a loyal Anderson Ford customer for over 30 years, as my father worked there and was a salesman for even longer. But, I have never had a better experience at a dealership than I did the other day at Lou Bachrodt. I can't even believe the difference in the way they treat you, the amount we got for our trade-in, the amount of financing and so much more. Ford NEVER gave me any of these deals or would even budge or try to help the way Patrick and Fil did, and I was considered part of the Ford "family." I was almost in tears because of the difference in the way we were treated. My husband got the car of his dreams and I am so thankful for the help we received during this process. I seriously will not be buying any vehicles from anywhere but Lou Bachrodt from now on!! I can't thank you enough!!! More

We live about 4 hours from the dealership so before we made the trek there we wanted to be sure the car was the one we wanted. Sam was very helpful and we made decided -- the car was what we had hoped when we arrived. Sam spent about 3 hours total on Saturday working the deal for us and we couldn't be happier.
