Wonderful Experience I just bought a Chevy Equinox from Fil Sotomayor at Lou Bachrodt. He was excellent to work with! He gave us a no pressure experience from the start. I just bought a Chevy Equinox from Fil Sotomayor at Lou Bachrodt. He was excellent to work with! He gave us a no pressure experience from the start. We explained what we needed in the vehicle, and he immediately found what we were looking for on the lot. We had our infant with us, and Fil suggested we install the car seat so my husband and I could both experience the vehicle. Then, he gave us the keys and told us to enjoy the test drive while he stayed at the dealership. This allowed me and my husband to experience the vehicle without someone constantly hovering. And, putting the car seat in was a great move, as we were able to see how much space the Equinox would actually give us. (Spoiler alert, it was much more room than my hatchback!) Fil really listened to us and our needs. At no point did I feel pressured to do anything, nor did Fil try to sell us something we weren't looking for. He really went out of his way to work with us to complete the deal, and he found me the Equinox in the color I was looking for in less than 24 hours. This was one of the easiest car purchasing experiences I have had. More
