Randy is the definition of excellence (Service department) I called the service department about a check engine light that came on my Traverse on a Monday and Randy Wallace squeezed in an appointment for me as I called the service department about a check engine light that came on my Traverse on a Monday and Randy Wallace squeezed in an appointment for me asap despite the fact that their service department is always busy. He promptly notified me of what was wrong with my vehicle and to my benefit he informed me that it was covered under my powertrain warranty, he kept me up to speed everyday and even sent me pictures of the work being performed on my vehicle and on top of that they ended up replacing other items under warranty that they noticed were also wrong with the Traverse, it all came to be about $3k worth of work done to it and it cost me $0, not only that but he also provided my family and a loaner, a 2018 Malibu which we also fell in love with and will probably be purchasing one in a couple of months.
