I had my car fixed in their service department they text me an amount in which I would need to pay I agreed they fixed my car the power went out when I picked my car up so I was told to pay the amount I agr me an amount in which I would need to pay I agreed they fixed my car the power went out when I picked my car up so I was told to pay the amount I agreed to pay but because of the outage it could be a difference I’m thinking a small tax amount they called me and told me it was a $400 difference but they would take $245 and even though I felt that’s wasnt right being the honest person I am I just went ahead and paid it I was told they would send me an invoice of what I paid for never received it I feel they got over on me and I will never do business with this company again . I was extremely disappointed in lou bachrodt car services had they kept me updated about keeping my car I would have rented a car. My grandson is in the hospital. And it wasn't until after 5pm that I was i had they kept me updated about keeping my car I would have rented a car. My grandson is in the hospital.
