Tiring, but satisfying Went in during April to look at a new jetta gli. Joe met with me and talked to me about the car. In May I finally dedicated to getting it. Great Experience I came in to the dealer with my son to help me buy a used vehicle, since I have never bought one on my own, I was scared because as a senior you hear I came in to the dealer with my son to help me buy a used vehicle, since I have never bought one on my own, I was scared because as a senior you hear all kind of stories about dealers. Once I found the vehicle I wanted, Fil in finance helped my out with the rest, he got me at the payment I could afford, helped me switch my insurance, set up my automatic payments. He also made me a new email address, and I am happy to say that Fil gave me a small class on how to use email and I cant believe how easy it to is use my email, now I can send pictures and videos with my grand kids. I am 99 years old, this has been a very pleasant experience., Sam was a great guy and got me to the person I needed to work on my request. More
