Out of Town. Needed Help. Found None Here. Family and I were traveling through Bastrop while headed out on vacation. I had trouble with my truck and stopped in to see about help. I drive an older, classic, Land Cruiser (one of several Toyotas I own and have owned). The service department wouldn't even take a look to see if they could help or get us back on the road, they just said it would take too long and they probably couldn't help. I went to another Toyota dealership who was very helpful and they got the problem fixed within the day. Poor service, especially to a loyal Toyota owner. More

Awesome experience. Very short time to get to deal! Started out looking for a vehicle at one other dealership and was very disappointed. AC seats, huge cab, and best of all- riding around in a stylish truck made in Texas and made for Texans! Lost Pines did an excellent job with preparing my truck for my purchase with lifting it and adding the aftermarket rims I requested. Mr. Mattox set it all up for me and I have never had a vehicle purchase experience go so easy and fast! 10 out of 10 should buy here. More
