First of all, I have been coming to Lost Pines Toyota for 10 years now having my Avalon serviced and after I got my Ford F-150, I have been bringing it in for service too. I scheduled an oil change for the Ford at 11 am on the 18th of October. Got there about 10:35. Doc checked me in. They pulled the truck around to the shop. Finally gets in the bay. For some reason when it was done they parked it outside on the lot instead of driving it through the check point. Found Doc and alerted him the truck was done. He tells us “Be with ya in a minute “ He then goes back inside and takes care of a lady at his desk. Ten minutes later he came out and took care of us. We didn’t get out of there til 12:45. I know it gets backed up sometimes as many times I have sat in the lobby and waited for my car. Doc was cool. Just thought he could have expedited the situation better. More

I am very disappointed with the service I received yesterday. In fact the service I have received in the last 6-8 months has been lacking. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation a yesterday. In fact the service I have received in the last 6-8 months has been lacking. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and car wash yesterday at 12:30. I arrived and was immediately told by the service advisor, Mark (I believe that was his name), that he recommends that I have the fuel treatment and oil treatment done and then he went on to tell me I needed to have my air filter and another filter he named replaced as well as an alignment. I stopped him and explained that I just had those services done recently. I also explained that I didn’t feel the alignment was done as the car vibration was worse. He offered no response. I asked how long it would take for the services I agreed to and he said he’d have it done in 1 1/2 hours and maybe 30 minutes for the car wash. Then a few minutes later he came to get me to explain that my rear tires were showing wires and he tried to show me tires I could purchase there. I stopped him and explained that I would be going back to Discount tire for the tires as they should still be under warranty. He continued to try to pressure me to purchase tires there. I had to stop him and tell him firmly that I do not want to look at tires. I went back to waiting for my car and ended up leaving around 1:20 to go have lunch with my mom. At 3:05 I messaged the number pertaining to my service to see if my car was ready but did not receive a response so I arrived back at Toyota around 3:40 and was checked out by another service advisor. He took me out to my car and I immediately noticed that the car wash was not complete so we went back inside and he refunded the $30 for the car wash. Today, I returned to Discount Tire and confirmed that the tire rotation that I paid for yesterday (and did not get the coupon rate by the way) was not done and I was told by Discount Tire that it could not have been done with the shape my tires were in. I was upset yesterday and even got your name and was going to contact you but now I am beyond upset! I will NEVER return to Lost Pines Toyota and everyone that I had recommended go there will be told of my experiences in the last 6 to 8 months. Yesterday is just one example of being pressured and manipulated and lied to. I know for a fact that the tire rotation was not done yesterday and I’m confident that the alignment that I paid for recently was also not done. More

I had a good experience with Q in purchasing my 2020 Lexus GX460 but am gravely dissappointed in management and the decisions to money-grab with the GPS trackers on vehicles for $1399. To "graciously" offer a $100 tracker for cost at $700 is exactly why car-dealerships have a bad name these days. Advertise are car online and then tack on thousands of dollars once they engage the customer... sad and poor values. More

Nathan took good care of me and kept me informed of the work being done. I made my appointment last Monday for Saturday at 8:00 to have my oil changed, State Inspection and an alignment.
