I’ve been to several dealers—I’ve worked at several as well. All things considered, this is the best place to service your dodge. This is the first time that a service manager took an interest in educatin well. All things considered, this is the best place to service your dodge. This is the first time that a service manager took an interest in educating me on my vehicle, my rights as a client, and on the different options. At any other dealership, the service managers are way too pushy and try to use scare tactics so that you’ll purchase additional service options. I’ve never felt comfortable when dealing with other service managers so eager to get you to spend money without providing anything more than a service that I can get done anywhere else. In contrast, Alex M. the service manager took an interest in my unique situation and educated me enough so that I could make the best choice possible. He took my handicap into consideration and did not try to use my condition as a sales tool such as other dealers have tried to do in the past, which I always see coming and always resent. Because of this, I’d rather get my vehicle serviced at LACDJR and pay out of pocket for an oil change rather than go to my home dealer and have to deal with pushy and unfriendly service managers, even if the oil change is free.
