Factory didn’t install an item on my Wrangler, and Alisa was very professional and helpful about it. She let me know when the part arrived and it was installed the same day. Received great service from Alisa in the service dept. she was so friendly and very professional. Always updating me on the progress of my vehicle and I got my car returned to me on the day promised. Went in for service on a new car and they had to take it in. After a few days I called back and they said it was gonna be longer so they offered me a rental which I was very grateful for. When I went to pic in. After a few days I called back and they said it was gonna be longer so they offered me a rental which I was very grateful for. When I went to pick the the rental service manager J Di Thomas helped me out. Well that is until he offered me 200 dollars to have sex with him. I have been trying to reach the general manager or someone with the ability to do something about this for days now and no luck. One day I get told general manager will be in tomorrow the next he is out of town for a few days.. The front desk also hung up on me twice after I called back when the people they transferred me to didn't pick up. I don't know what to do I really don't wanna have to go back there and see this man again it was so disgusting and humiliating. More
