The dealership and its staff are very nice. However, my Jeep wrangler rubicon 4xe has been making a very loud squeal noise for a couple of months now and I have brought it in about 3-4 times fo However, my Jeep wrangler rubicon 4xe has been making a very loud squeal noise for a couple of months now and I have brought it in about 3-4 times for the same issue and it has still not been resolved. I have to keep paying rentals out of pocket because they leave my vehicle there 1-2 days just to give me my vehicle back with the same issue. They brushed me off even after I showed them video proof that the issue was not fixed. I’d probably avoid coming to get serviced here.. employees are nice but they just don’t get their jobs done. More

The advisor was great. My car is driving better. However, the shuttle ride offer is complete bs. They ordered a Lyft for me and 3 other people dropping off their cars. We w My car is driving better. I waited about 10 min and checked my texts for a message about my assigned driver. No text. The others hadn’t received text either. Checked the app and they (the people who booked my ride at the service center) choose the Wait & Save option. The ETA for pickup was 2-29 minutes. Yes, 2-29 minutes. How ridiculous is that? I spent over $1200 on my car and they book the cheapest ride option during rush hour? It was 8am and about 40 degrees outside. Had I been told the wait was 30 min, I would’ve booked my own ride. I eventually booked an Uber that took about 10 minutes to arrive after waiting about 15 min for the Lyft. By the time my Uber arrived, I still hadn’t been assigned a driver on Lyft. So, if I had to go back to this location, I would because it’s familiar and I don’t live here. But I’ll definitely arrange my own ride. If I find a new place to get service while here in LA, I’ll be going there instead. More

My experience with this dealership was very good. They were right on time. They got me right in and also scheduled me a ride home and picked me up.
