Started off poorly but after reaching Tanya Ruiz all changed Arrived just before 7 o’clock and had to wait 40 minutes to reach Tanya Ruiz, in 5 years I never had to wait longer than 10 minutes and usually less t Arrived just before 7 o’clock and had to wait 40 minutes to reach Tanya Ruiz, in 5 years I never had to wait longer than 10 minutes and usually less than 5 minutes. I was not amused. to say the least . The only reason I am not changing dealerships is Tanya Ruiz excellent service. She was knowledgeable, most pleasant and keep me informed during the servicing of my car. Her reporting back to me provided the information for me to have the car completely looked after, including the replacement of tires, that on the previous servicing, I was told would be good for another 20,000 miles. I will certainly request her when making an appointment and tell friends who have not been having their cars with this location to book with her. More
