Went in for service on a new car and they had to take it in. After a few days I called back and they said it was gonna be longer so they offered me a rental which I was very grateful for. When I went to pic in. After a few days I called back and they said it was gonna be longer so they offered me a rental which I was very grateful for. When I went to pick the the rental service manager J Di Thomas helped me out. Well that is until he offered me 200 dollars to have sex with him. I have been trying to reach the general manager or someone with the ability to do something about this for days now and no luck. One day I get told general manager will be in tomorrow the next he is out of town for a few days.. The front desk also hung up on me twice after I called back when the people they transferred me to didn't pick up. I don't know what to do I really don't wanna have to go back there and see this man again it was so disgusting and humiliating. More

I am always welcomed and greeted with great staff. Joe Dithomas has been helping me on a few occasions, and I’m always taken very good care of. I know I’m in good hands. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! They sell damaged new cars and they don't cover the cost to repair/replace the deformities. I recently bought a new 2022 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 4xe from a Salesperson named, Billy. This review has NOTHING to do with Billy. He provided the BEST service I have ever had in buying a car. This has to do with the quality of new vehicles that this dealership neglects to stand by. I bought my car in the evening hours and the very next morning, I noticed the plastic wrap that goes on the radio/navigation screen was still on, so I rightfully removed it. I then immediately noticed that it had a large gash/cut in the screen. I took pictures of this damage and texted it to Billy. Billy then set me up with Valerie in the Service Department and I was told that I should not worry...this would be taken care of. I waited WEEKS because Valerie stated the replacement part was backordered and it was going to take a while to receive it. Understanding the backlog in logistics/supply chain issues COVID-19 caused, I was not upset and understood the reason for the extended wait due to shipping.....UNTIL NOW.... Valerie just called me and said that the radio is no longer being covered because the screen was damaged and that it was not their fault. I am so upset. I am financing a $70,000 new Jeep that was damaged when I bought it and the dealership is pulling a fast one and deciding not to cover it. This review will stay up for as long as it takes for them to read this and mediate the circumstance by doing the right thing and sticking to their original word...replacing what was given to me as "new," but was broken instead. More
