Not only Erick and Curtis gave me fair deal on my 2014 JKU Sahara for trade, but also worked with me to provide most up to date information on current rebates, incentives and tailored the deal to my needs. After picking up my 2024 JLU Rubicon 4xe, Erick also helped me above and beyond on retrieving my aftermarket wheels from my old car. This is the worst service ever. It took 3 days to get my battery replaced, they should have told me that. If it took 3 days to get my battery replaced, I would have gone elsewhere. It took 3 days to get my battery replaced, they should have told me that. If it took 3 days to get my battery replaced, I would have gone elsewhere. I'm a leaseholder and I paid $520 for the battery. It would have been less than half the price at any other body shop. I had to call 3-4 times to get a hold of them and they never returned my messages. It was the worst service ever. I will tell others not to go here and I will never buy another Jeep. If the service center is this so bad, I won't go there even if the car is good! More
