I wanted to use AAA price on getting my new car and within a day I heard from Dee Dee. Right away I felt that the dealership was welcoming and that they didn't want to sell a car but build a relationsh within a day I heard from Dee Dee. Right away I felt that the dealership was welcoming and that they didn't want to sell a car but build a relationship. She went out of her way to find the car I wanted and find me the price I was looking for. She even recommended great places that wouldnt hassle me with selling my car and still offer a great price. Dee Dee made the process much easier then the other dealerships I made contact with. She deserves an A+ in customer service. Huw the FIAT manager made sure everything I needed was available to me. He didn't pressure us into the buy but instead explained why FIAT is better then its competitors. He made sure that I knew I was buying a great product. Youhanna is the best finance manager I have ever dealt with. He listened to what I wanted and didn't put in any hidden finance fees. He knew I had a price range I had to stay within and worked with me exactly how I wanted to. Motorvillage LA Dodge, FIAt, Ram and Jeep is the best dealership to buy your car from. Get in contact with Dee Dee or Huw and they will make sure that you get what you are looking for and won't play around with you. More
Michael was very sociable and friendly, but also very professional. Michael worked hard to find me the best possible option at an affordable rate. He was understanding to my own circumstances, and went o professional. Michael worked hard to find me the best possible option at an affordable rate. This has to be the worst dealer ever.... They repeatedly treated me and my husband (whose a mechanic) like we were clueless about cars. They tried to sell us the car we spent 6 hours in there getting paperw treated me and my husband (whose a mechanic) like we were clueless about cars. They tried to sell us the car we spent 6 hours in there getting paperwork together for 4,000 over bluebook value. It was a complete and utter mess!!! The manager Red is a total jerk telling us oh well if you cant afford it maybe you should just leave and later when our paperwork was mixed up because of some employee they fired (they seem to have alot of people fired from this place)we tried to speak to the general manger Red and he repeatedly ignored us stateing he was "busy" and then just flat out left early the day we were trying to get a hold of him. Their salesmen are so desperate to sell a car they dont care what paperwork gets messed up and it sad because the decor and cleaness of the whole place makes you think your making a good decision tring to buy a car here but its all a fasade!!! This place literally sticks their hand in your pocket when you get there and they held our i.d.s HOSTAGE when we said we might need time to think about it!!!! More
My experience was an overall good one. Michael Passage was knowledgeable and very professional. He listened to what I wanted in a car and gave his opinion when asked. He respected what I felt I could af was knowledgeable and very professional. He listened to what I wanted in a car and gave his opinion when asked. He respected what I felt I could afford to pay and didn't try to pressure me into buying a more expensive car. I was able to test drive a car and start the paperwork process, which we completed the following day in record time. I'm hoping my daughter will be able to have a comparable experience once she completes her education and is able to establish credit. More
Michael was amazing!! As a female, most car salesmen either write me off or try to take advantage of me. I felt neither from Michael who answered all of my questions, entertained my needing to take pict either write me off or try to take advantage of me. I felt neither from Michael who answered all of my questions, entertained my needing to take pictures in various Fiat color combos, was very charismatic as I sat at his desk during the financing process, and was overall amazing. Great experience, and I would recommend him to any of my friends and family ( I am one picky girl might I add!). The GM, John, was also amazing, and together Michael and John are a great team. Fiat Motor Village is like walking into your Nonna's home, very inviting and friendly ... all they need is some fresh espresso and some chianti!!!! More
He was a contact from a car buying service. When I called him back he flatly told me they didn't have what I wanted. Didn't seem in the least interested in helping me find an alternative. Seemed rushed, dism him back he flatly told me they didn't have what I wanted. Didn't seem in the least interested in helping me find an alternative. Seemed rushed, dismissive, and wasn't really listening. Asked a simple yes/no question about option availability on their other vehicles that may have helped me find an alternative. He said he'd get back to me. The next day I hadn't heard from him and I called him back. He seemed annoyed that I was calling him. Didn't have any info for me. Again, said he'd call me back. That was over two weeks ago. I guess the upside is, if you're looking for the opposite of the typical salesman (pushy and aggressive), I guess this is your guy: passive, disinterested, never calls you back, couldn't care less about getting your business. Our first impression of Motor Village LA was that it was clean and everyone that we spoke with were polite. The sales staff were able to answer all our questions. Pretty horrible experience overall. I tried to be as honest as possible with my ratings. The good: I am pretty happy with my car and feel like I got a good deal. The sales person was very accommod honest as possible with my ratings. The good: I am pretty happy with my car and feel like I got a good deal. The sales person was very accommodating and helpful. The bad: After I purchased the car they were unable to find the spare key. They said they would mail it to me. It finally came 2 weeks later. After I got home I noticed there was no owners manual in my car and the tank was empty. I went back to get an owners manual and get my talk filled up. They sent me twice to a nearby gas station with an employee and both times could not get the credit card to work in the machine. They send me home after 30 minutes of time wasted saying they "owe me a tank of gas." That whole experience wasn't too bad and I put it behind me. Then after about 2 month I noticed it was weird that I never received my plates. I called the DMV and they notified me that the dealer never sent in the paperwork. I have now been calling the dealer for a week. I have left multiple messages with Maria Carilla(???) who has been at her desk when I call (I know because the receptionist will always says "she is here, let me transfer you") and she never answers the phone or returns my messages (I have left 3). I would highly recommend against buying a car from this dealer. More
We first spoke with Billy the floor manager on the phone and decided to make the long drive from Bakersfield because he assured us that if we bought our Jeep from him, it would be the best experience we cou and decided to make the long drive from Bakersfield because he assured us that if we bought our Jeep from him, it would be the best experience we could have do to his honesty and integrity. When we first arrived we were meet by a man who's name I can't remember. He had obviously never sold a vehicle before because he did not know anything about the process. When asked questions about the Jeep we were there to buy he had no knowledge. When filling out the credit application he needed help from myself and his coworkers. He did not know which Jeeps he had in inventory or how to find them. It wasn't until we were walking out the door to leave, thinking the jeep we wanted was not there, that Mich was called in to locate our Jeep. Mitch explained to us that in fact they they did have the exact jeep we wanted upstairs. We were very happy with his service and great full that we hadn't traveled all this way for nothing. At this point we were ready to make a deal and drive home in our new jeep. Then the car that we brought for our trade in which already had forty guaranteed offers through autotrader.com was brought into question. They offered us seven thousand dollars less than what we could have sold to any dealership without buying anything. The first offer they brought to us was full sticker price plus the 7000.00 they said we were upside down. We got up to leave, feeling sick to our stomachs because this is not at all what we were told on the phone otherwise we would not have taken our whole day to make arrangements to come and buy this jeep. We were ready with cash and excited about our purchase. Understanding that sometimes customers and salesmen cannot come to terms and the fact that it was after 9:00pm and we needed to travel 100 more miles home with our 5year old son who was exhausted after dealing with the three hour back and forth these folks put us through, they would not let us leave. They literally would not give us our keys. First my wife asked the unhelpful man sitting across from me for my keys and he said that Billy had them. We waited a few minutes and asked him to get them from Billy. He said he had to wait for billy to come back so he could get them. About 20 min later Billy came back and we asked him for our keys he said he didn't have them. I told him i wanted to leave and needed my keys and he walked away. At this point my wife and child went outside to wait by our car while I processed to beg for our car keys. All of them continued to ignore my wishes and wanted to talk about the fact that they were trying to work out a different deal on the Jeep. My wife and son were waiting outside in the cold while I continued to ask for our keys. At this point another 20 mins have passed and my wife had to yell through the front door of the showroom floor that she and my son were freezing and just wanted the keys to get their jackets from the car. Finally Billy who originally stated that he didn't have our keys nor did he know who did gave me our keys and I was able take my family home after dealing with this nightmare! After all of this, the following day and two days to follow, they continued to call and offer to honor the deal I originally made them. According to them they would be loosing thousands of dollars but would honor the deal. We had the pleasure of telling them they would not be able to "GIVE" us a Jeep, even if it were free! We feel confident that we will be purchasing our dream jeep from someone else very soon. All is well, Happy Jeeping! The Henderson Family More
