Our experience at Motor Village was terrific. While bringing in our 2006 PT CRUISER for a warranty-related inspection, we ended up falling in love with a 2011 Acura TSX with only 15K in absolutely impe bringing in our 2006 PT CRUISER for a warranty-related inspection, we ended up falling in love with a 2011 Acura TSX with only 15K in absolutely impeccable condition. Ramon, the salesman, was as nice as he could be and super helpful. We were looking on line for price comparisons while negotiating with them and they gave us as good a price as I could find anywhere. I do have to mention that the next day in studying the paperwork, I realized there had been a misunderstanding regarding the price of the warranty package. The short version is I took it to BRANDON GOODERMONT because the Finance Manager who had closed our deal late the night before was off for the next two days. Brandon wasted no time in correcting the situation, following up diligently and promising that the one thing he KNEW and would guarantee was 100% customer satisfaction. That is exactly what he delivered within days, including a check for the difference in price that we had negotiated. He even called me a few days later to tell me the check would be delayed by a few days and he didn't want me to worry. Our entire experience at Motor VIllage was A+. The repair shop is as immaculate as the show room. LITERALLY! And our entire experience was perfect. I took my truck which is a DODGE RAM, to DODGE RAM DEALER, The truck has lost power to the gauge cluster, I can not see the fuel level, the speed, the signal, the oil, no brake lights, no lock and unlock, no interior lights, the only light that came out is a small steady light next to speedometer. The Service technician refused to accept the truck, so I ask to talk with the manager, so the manager came out, his name is ALEX FLORES and calls himself The Service & Parts Director, he came out with an negative attitude, he was aggressive, rude and with a loud voice in front of the rest of the people that was there, told me to take my truck to another dealer, that he had another vehicle there already for two weeks with the same problem that they did not know to fix. I told him that how could it be that the DODGE DEALER refuses to take DODGE VEHICLE. His response was "You better leave Now or I will call the Police" This dealer should have trane people to check and troubleshoot their own vehicles, no matter the ploblem! ***PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO "MOTOR VILLAGE LA" This was my first time at this dealer and it was also the last one, please take your vehicle to a different dealer, I do not want anybody to live this bad experience. I was ready to make my first car ever car purchase in March 2012, and I couldn't wait to get my hands on the limited edition Gucci Fiat. Unfortunately, they took full advantage. Not only did I end up paying around $10,000 more than the sticker price, but everything that they promised me in person is magically not in my contract. Also, I was never sent the service contracts for the add-ons I did want, even after calling and requesting it numerous times. I have never reviewed anything in my life before, but have never felt so strongly about anything, either. Please do not give them any business. More

He even sent my car back to detail to make it just right! Michael's knowledge makes him a serious asset for FIAT! Huw, the manager, is awesome. He addressed a couple of minor concerns that I had and made sure that I left knowing that they would be taken care of. Along with that, he was very cordial to my family who came along and made sure that we were all smiles during our visit and after we left. The whole team's enthusiasm was right there with mine and it felt like I was truly joining the FIAT family! A special thanks also go out to Sunny and Linda. They were also very helpful and enthusiastic when I initially walked into Motor Village L.A, back in May. They were with me when I spun and won and I'm glad that they could share the moment with me! When looking at the options for cars Mitch was only too happy to show me as many options as I wanted and was happy to answer any questions - as silly as they may have been. Going over financing they looked after me to gett he best rate for financing and showed me options regarding the incentives that were available to me. I usually dont like car salesman as they are pushy and I always feel preasured. I did not once feel like that at all! I was very comfortable, taken care of and I want to THANK them for that!!!! More

My family purchased a Fiat from this dealership a couple of months ago and it has been the worst car buying experience E-V-E-R. There has been problem after problem. First we needed the car shipped out of of months ago and it has been the worst car buying experience E-V-E-R. There has been problem after problem. First we needed the car shipped out of state to arrive by a certain date (for our use). The salesman guaranteed that if we paid them to handle it (more than going to a car shipping company directly), it would be there for sure. Not only did the car not arrive on time, but I found out after continual follow up and investigation that it had never been shipped in the first place. The salesman kept saying that it was on its way and that there were various issues that the shipping company which were causing the delay, but this was a complete lie. We were also never issued a temporary registration and were pulled over for not having any temporary tags a couple of times. I have been trying to get the required paperwork from the dealership so that we can file for registration to no avail for over 3 weeks now. I will NEVER EVER EVER use this dealership again...EVER. And I urge others to go somewhere else to purchase a car. More
