We had a relatively good experience. I was surprised having the car being a certified pre-owned car that we had to pay for a carbon buildup since we just got the car 4 months ago. They said the carbon happens between 30,000 and 50,000 miles. So I would think that would've been checked as they certified it. But it's ok. The other thing is that we have been waiting for the second key that we were told we would receive. But we are still waiting for that to happen. Otherwise it was pleasant. They were helpful with setting us up to get the rental car. More
