Although Terry Kelly was great and kept me informed of everything that was going on with my car, the actual workmanship was not that great. I was told that it would be a great idea to change the sparkplu everything that was going on with my car, the actual workmanship was not that great. I was told that it would be a great idea to change the sparkplugs because my car was old and they needed to be replaced (I came in to get the AC compressor fixed). I did just that and after a months of the car not running correctly, I find out it was because one of the sparkplugs was actually broken and causing the car to jump like a horse. I called the repairs department, Left several messages to have them look at it 5 days after I picked up my car and I even made an attempted to bring it in, but they never had time to look at it again (always too busy or I had to leave my car there all day). I ended up taking it someplace else and getting it fixed. They did fix the AC compressor and it is currently working well so I give them credit for that, but putting in a broken sparkplug and not test driving the car to see if it worked right afterwards, that's unacceptable. It felt like: you left the dealership after completion on your car so now the problem is on you. Just to add more context into the review, this was the week of the cyber attack on dealership systems and I was very patient in leaving my car there with them for almost 7 days just to get it fixed correctly and not rush them. Is the AC compressor working? Yes. Did I have good communications with Terry Kelly about fixing my car and how long it would take to fix it? Yes Did I go in with one problem and come out with another? Yes Did they fix the second problem they caused? No Will I go back to them for service? No More
