Went for a Recall, got extra service I went to the dealer as I had a recall that required my CVT to be reprogrammed. That was done as well as a Multi-point inspection .and a car wash. I was out of there in just over an hour, even though when I made the appointment I did not indicate why I wanted it. I will definitely use this service department whenever I need dealer services. The process was long, however, thanks to Sam our initial contact person who moved mountains, and then Jamie, Dmitri, and Sebastian we felt we absolutely got the best deal and incredible service. We felt we could trust and depend on this group to work in all of our best interests, and so far we have not been dissapointed.
