The afternoon driver is never available for pickup at 12:00 p.m. or at 5:00 p.m. (on three occasions) and no one reports this to me on a timely basis The afternoon driver is never available for pickup at 12:00 p.m. or at 5:00 p.m. (on three occasions) and no one reports this to me on a timely basis that he will not be coming by until I call (on two or three different phones). And when messages are left they come in much later in the day. Text would probably be better. On one occasion having to walk from the nearby Broward County court complex in the rain I slipped on a sidewalk and hurt myself. I pay a monthly maintenance fee as part of my lease. I never will do so again. More

During my most recent visit, we performed the 20k mile service and it went smoothly, as usual. Per my request, Craig obtained my warranty information to make sure Lorenzo Nissan has everything needed for future use. In the past, Craig's confidence and expertise alleviated my immense anxiety of fixing my 2012 with over 100k miles. My Mom now drives this car and we need it to last. He communicated with Lorenzo's lead technicians on my behalf and they did such a nice job - with patience and empathy. It still runs like a dream.
