Hello Adriana, i apologize for any inconvenience our goal is to determine if the incident has happened prior the sale or after the sale. it was brought to our attention that the car was driven excessively in 4WD after it was delivered that would cause an issue like that to happen. Our inspection on the vehicle does not show any faulty parts, the car was inspected by our certified technicians before the time of the sale and there were no problems found. I understand your frustration, if you'd like us to trade you out of the vehicle, we will be more than happy to do so. Driving in 4-wheel drive all the time when it's not necessary can cause extra wear and tear on your vehicle's drivetrain components. This can lead to increased fuel consumption and potential damage to the system. It's best to use 4-wheel drive only when necessary, such as in off-road or slippery conditions, and switch back to 2-wheel drive when driving on regular roads.

It seems that you don’t know anything about the vehicle you sold me, so let me educate you. It is a full time 4 wheel drive Jeep which means that there is no option to switch to 2 wheel drive, so your excuses would be laughable if this wasn’t so expensive to fix. Per an upstanding and reputable dealership, the issue with the transfer case would HAVE to have been preexisting to my purchase as this is something that happens over time - not from driving 2 miles down the street. It should have been detected if you did the inspections that you claim to do, which leads me to believe that you misrepresent your supposed “inspections”. For the last 2 weeks I have been trying to work with you amicably hoping that you would make things right but I have either been given the run around or simply ignored. I will NEVER buy a vehicle from you again, and I WILL share this experience as much as possible to hopefully help others avoid this nightmare.

I loved doing my car service here. Everyone is so punctual on their schedules. Also, Gerald is so attentive and pays attention to your questions and responds to any doubt you have regarding your car. I could over pass the 5 stars here!
