Emmanuel the Sales Agent was attentive and friendly guiding me through the process without any pressure, the dealership Manager also played a key role in my experience, making sure everything went smoothly. They were friendly and approachable, and it was clear that they genuinely care about their customers. Ray, the Finance Manager was equally impressive. I truly appreciate the time they spent with me. Overall my experience at Lorenzo Nissan was excellent. The combination of great customer service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a great deal made this purchase a pleasure.
