Anthony was a nice guy, but the service itself felt like a rip-off. My airbag light was on, and I already knew the diagnostic codes—I just needed help pinpointing the exact issue so I could fix it myself. T a rip-off. They charged $200 for a scan, promising to identify the problem, and I even mentioned that I already had the codes and didn’t want to pay just to hear the same thing. In the end, they handed me a stack of papers with the same codes I already had and told me that to fix it, they’d have to follow their standard process—meaning they’d charge hourly for trial-and-error repairs, plus parts. So, after spending $200 plus Uber both ways, I walked away with nothing new. More
