I WAS LOOKING FOR AN ALTIMA VIA INTERNET , SO AFTER I PUT IN MY INFORMATION I WAS CONTACTED BY MARK TO DISCUSS MY OPTIONS AND PACKAGES I WANTED WITH MY ALTIMA. THAT SAME DAY THE MANAGER ALEX CALLED ME TO MA IN MY INFORMATION I WAS CONTACTED BY MARK TO DISCUSS MY OPTIONS AND PACKAGES I WANTED WITH MY ALTIMA. THAT SAME DAY THE MANAGER ALEX CALLED ME TO MAKE SURE ALL MY QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED AND TO MAKE SURE THAT I WAS HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. WHEN I GOT TO THE DEALERSHIP MARK WAS WAITING FOR ME WITH THE KEYS OF THE ALTIMAS WE WERE TO VIEW. ALEX CAME TO US AND INTRODUCED HIM SELF TO ME AND ASURED ME THAT I WOULD BE HAPPY I VISITED THEM, AND ASSURED ME THAT MY EXPERIENCE WOULD BE VERY ENJOYABLE. I brought in my vehicle to have service. Once the vehicle was returned to me it was damaged, scratched on both the passenger and driver's side doors. They refused to fix the damage. ****After posting vehicle was returned to me it was damaged, scratched on both the passenger and driver's side doors. They refused to fix the damage. ****After posting a negative review I was called by the General Manager who made arrangements for the scratch in the door to be fixed at their body shop at no cost to me. They are committed to making their reputation better and will make their customers happy whatever it takes! I am now happy with the look of my vehicle and will give them a second chance. I had been to a few dealerships in search of a good fit for me and all had been negative experiences until Maroone Nissan of Ft. Lauderdale. Seems like everyone is eager to make a promise but when you sit down to discuss terms everything changes at the customers expense and wallet. This was not the case at this dealership. Even the General Manager came over to say hello and welcomed my husband and I. I'll admit I am high maintenance but when the sale is done it's up to the Service Department to carry on the relationship. I made a point to walk through this area and was greeted with smiles and hello's which made me feel good (they had no idea who I was and I was by myself so they didn't "have" to make a good impression had I been with my sales guy). I've been in an Infiniti for over 17 years so going outside of a high customer service environment is a little difficult but I feel I am in good hands with this team. Cannot wait to see them again when I come in for my oil changes. More

All my expectations were exceeded and this is one of the very first enjoyable experiences I've had in leasing a car. I usually go to the maroone Nissan in Pembroke Pines but I decided to try Fort Lauderdale because I was closer. I have a 2012 Nissan Altima. I went on a Sunday for an oil change I also needed them to fix I decided to try Fort Lauderdale because I was closer. I have a 2012 Nissan Altima. I went on a Sunday for an oil change I also needed them to fix the seat belt in the back seat. After my oil change the service tech advised me that I need to come back another day for them to fix the seat belt! He said they didn't have enough techs there on Sunday to spend time fixing the seat belt and I should come back another day that's convenient for me, I told him I guess he meant another day that's convenient FOR THEM! When I went to pay for my oil change the cashier had such a condescending attitude. She didn't greet me, she didn't even tell me total right away. She was doing other things and when I did pay her she just gave me my receipt and went back to doing whatever she was doing. Her whole persona was as if I was an inconvenience or a bother to her! She also had a lip piercing in. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Let's just say I will NEVER return here!!! I'll drive all the way to Pembroke pines! More

It is an unfortunate problem that happened to us both, and though By design, your policy was not to have any warranty on my vehicle, I'm happy that i constituted it before purchase. But I write today in grattitude that you had an opportunity to shun me away and or come up with a million excuses as service dept. tried to have me pay for services, you stood above most Auto General managers as did your staff by your direction. And repaired not just one, but all issues I brought fourth that my vehicle had been experiencing, and inaddition Issued me a great user vehicle at no charge, while my vehicle was being repaired. I know in these times expenses are everything even to everybody myself and even a large Corporation such as Auto Nation. However you honored your Limited Warranty, Here Here!!!!! It's good to know that Quality, Ethics and Ettiquette still exist by a Auto dealer and that you should be noted for Your service to me even though it was a used car and that you've probably lost money on the deal you did the right thing! There prices were good, however they were less than fully honest and did not communicate or follow through on promises made. We just traded a 2007 Nissan Frontier we bought from Maroone Nissan. The ride of the Nissan Frontier turned horrible over time (the suspension sucks) and the noise from outside of the vehicle was very Maroone Nissan. When we traded it in, the dealership questioned us: "The Carfax report says this truck has never been in an accident, but the front fender has been repainted. Do you know why?" We owned it for almost 3 years, no accidents on our part, so that means the dealership we bought it from "Maroone Nissan" repainted it before we bought it. Thanks for the disclosure!!!! If you want to buy from a dealership that will "damage" a vehicle and repair it with zero disclosure to you-the buyer of a brand new vehicle-GO FOR IT! But don't say you weren't warned. More
