Beware of hidden charges I was impressed that included with the pics of the used car VIN#, the salesman was not pushy and was very pleasant to work with. However when I sat d I was impressed that included with the pics of the used car VIN#, the salesman was not pushy and was very pleasant to work with. However when I sat down to confirm the deal was told I had a choice of "option" - which were NOT OPTIONAL! When I said I did not want any of the "packages" I was told they were already included in the car (but not the price of the car) so if I wanted the car I was required to pay an additional $898 dollars. I bargained that down, but not sure how legal it is to offer options that are not optional! I realize a used car will not be perfect, but since they would not allow me to take my car to my mechanic I had someone else check it out who missed that I need tires ($500+). OK, maybe they didn't wanna spring for that, but they could have put in good wipers, scratched my back window cause I did not realize the wipers were down to the metal. :( All in all not a terrible experience, but I hate being taken advantage of, and that "options" package really bothered me! Buying a used pick up truck is never fun, but the experience here was about as good as it can get with a used car dealer.Their service dept could have taken care of a few obvious, but minor issues on a vehicle of this price but that's not a big deal. more serious is the ridiculous overcharge for the certificate of title and tag renewal, literary by hundreds of dollars, while this often happens it is not a good practice, that';s why 4 stars only. I would fully recommend the dealership and the people I worked with. More
