Nice staff, however, I've bought pre-owned vehicles from Carmax & HRGreg and never had the problem I'm having with Lorenzo Nissan. I'm trying to renew my tag. I've been turned away twice from the auto tag a Carmax & HRGreg and never had the problem I'm having with Lorenzo Nissan. I'm trying to renew my tag. I've been turned away twice from the auto tag agency. First time, I was told the dealership did not do the paperwork. The second time I was told I need to go to the dealership and not leave until the problem is resolved. I feel like I'm not getting a straight answer from the dealership. More
