Literally the worst experience at a car dealership I have ever had in my life. Avoid this location like the plague! Horrible customer service from all levels, sales, management and service. Not only did they scratch my car immediately after purchase and deny it, they don’t even have the decency to confirm when the vehicle received its last oil change after calling several times and then promising to “check and call us back”. Horrible experience and will be following up with the BBB and a lawsuit! More

I bought a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder SL from you guys. I paid $11,000 cash. I got in the mail that something was wrong with the hood connection so I brought that back to the dealership to have it looked a I paid $11,000 cash. I thought it was you know Not cool to send me the information on getting the recall fixed and then I can’t get the refill fixed because before I bought it and I’ve been in a wreck you guys fixed the car sold it to me and then wouldn’t respect the recall so I’m not that happy with your service. I thought they could’ve done something for me that I bought that vehicle from you given it any damage some damage happen before it’s just a couple of screws in springs that you guys can fix but chose not to.
