I went today for service on my 2014 GMC Terrain and Benny Pereira was very courteous, friendly, helpful. He took care of my car IN A VERY EFFICIENT WAY. I was very happy with his help, while I was waiting for my oil change I decided to go inside and see the beautiful collection of cars they possess. Then came Mr. Juan Dominguez, the dealership manager and made me an offer of a 2016 Buick Enclave that I could not resist. He is amazing. The Sales and Leasing Professional who took care of me was Yosmel Tundidor. He was great. He was very helpful as well. These gentlemen work in a team to offer their clients the best service in town. I can only say one word in reference to these three men and the rest of the staff as well and the finance Department too. They are excellent, friendly, energetic, and passionate for their work. It is extremely difficult to find a place in which the environment of the employees are as amazing as they are at Doral Buick GMC. Troubleshooting and Solutions - Excellent at both! My parents own a 2004 Buick Century. By today's standards that is an old car and not likely serviced at a dealership. When their car started suddenly My parents own a 2004 Buick Century. By today's standards that is an old car and not likely serviced at a dealership. When their car started suddenly acting up and not being satisfactorily serviced by their personal mechanic (who is a very competent and caring individual) we had no choice but to look elsewhere. We called Doral because they service Buicks but had little confidence that this would be a good experience. Dealerership service centers typically do not deal with old cars. But we found that not to be the case. I was helped by Alex Alvarez, Asst. Manager at Doral Buick and he was exceptionally helpful from the first call to the last call. It took a few days to get to the bottom of the problem but he found the reason the car was not working and he made the repairs, We got the car today, In between the 10 days it took to nail the solution he kept me abreast of all of their efforts and walked me through the process with great customer service and attention to detail. My mother was provided transportation to and from their home to do the repairs and she has expressed a wonderful experience with Alex and the Doral team. I am a very happy customer and will return to service my parents car if it were to need service again. More
