Always a great experience at Doral Buick GMC My car overheated and stalled over the weekend and I brought it in first thing Monday morning to be looked at. I thought the place might be crazy on a My car overheated and stalled over the weekend and I brought it in first thing Monday morning to be looked at. I thought the place might be crazy on a Monday morning and I didn't even have an appointment. But, as usual Benny was there to take care of things, always friendly, professional and efficient.. He immediately asked me what the problem was and proceeded to write up the ticket. A couple hours later he called and told me the car was fixed and it was covered under the warranty. Awesome job. From my wife's GMC Acadia to my Buick Regal, we have always taken it to there. Benny Perera is the man when it comes to service. He is knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to deal with. He is a STAR when it comes to customer service. Just last week I took my vehicle and I didn't have an appointment. It was making a noise and I was concerned. He took care of me immediately. Got me a shuttle to take me to work, and even went the extra mile to pick me up personally at work at 6pm. The shuttle driver had already gone home but Benny goes the extra mile and takes care of his customers. He picked me up and drove me back to the dealership to pick up my car. Thanks Benny!!! We need more people like Benny in Service. More
