Service always great Went in for an oil change and since now there are no appointments, was scared that I would spend the whole day there., but Benny got my car in right a Went in for an oil change and since now there are no appointments, was scared that I would spend the whole day there., but Benny got my car in right away. Inquired about a piece my car needed to be replaced and Benny reassured me that if item was not in he would make sure to order it. Thought I was going to be in there for ever but was in and out fast. Awesome service as always Today I took my GMC Terrain 2011 to check my air conditioning unit and I needed a couple of other things to be done to it including my breaks and a br Today I took my GMC Terrain 2011 to check my air conditioning unit and I needed a couple of other things to be done to it including my breaks and a broken light. Benny as usual took care of all of this within less time that I had expected and I was able to afford all my repairs and maintenance needed. Benny is like family, always willing to help and knows me personally as well anytime I call or go. Omarito is also an amazing person, always positive to help and accommodating. One of the perks buying your car in this dealership is the "Service" department will always take care of you!! More

Pro Tip 1: Always See Benny - Pro Tip 2: See Tip 1 I took my 2011 Acadia in for a simple Oil Change and Tire Rotation. While driving in, Benny noticed a "click". it turns out one of my engine mounts I took my 2011 Acadia in for a simple Oil Change and Tire Rotation. While driving in, Benny noticed a "click". it turns out one of my engine mounts was shot. Luckily, I was able to get it taken care of as well. Hat's off to Benny and the great techs at Doral!
