While I can't speak for the sales department as I purchased my vehicle elsewhere...their service department is great, starting with their online appointment system. Then you're greeted at their facil purchased my vehicle elsewhere...their service department is great, starting with their online appointment system. Then you're greeted at their facility by friendly staff. When they say they're going to service your vehicle, they do just that. By appointment/order of arrival, unlike another GMC delearship down south. Lorenzo Buick GMC more than meets your expectations of what a service department should operate as. When I drive off their lot I know my vehicle is ready for the road. Thank you guys and keep up the good work. Ask for Benny, real nice and honest guy. More
