When you get there, you are greeted promptly. If you stay while the work is being done, there is plenty of room inside to work or read comfortably and feel safe because of social distancing. My service adviser Benny and the mechanic who has taken care of my vehicle on several occasions are just the best -- and so are the other people I've had contact with. Last comment: access to the dealership is really easy, off 826 or 836. That was my one big concern before I got my vehicle from Lorenzo, and it just has not been a problem at all. More
