Service department are the worst in miami. Had to take my truck over 4 times so they could figured out that the 3rd brake camara is not working. While on vacation with our 5th wheel camper my 2007 GMC 2500 went into limp mode. Lorenzo was great to get me in quickly. But then after 2 or 3 hours told me they could not diagnose my diesel engine that 2500 went into limp mode. Lorenzo was great to get me in quickly. But then after 2 or 3 hours told me they could not diagnose my diesel engine that day and to bring it back early the next day. When I did bring it back they said they were missing one tool but could still do the diagnosis. After another 3 hours I was told that they would not be able to diagnose my engine problem. I will also say that one of the service people there (not my actual service adviser who was very nice) tried to tell me I needed a major tune up for 100,000 miles and that the glow plugs affect how the engine runs. The manual lists no major tune up for 100,000 miles and the glow plugs help starting in cold weather. I ended up going to a local diesel shop who diagnosed my problem in less than a half hour. More

I met with my service advisor/assistant manager Matthew this morning and he sat me down reviewed all of my options for my GMC canyon and was extremely helpful with getting the best service for my truck. He this morning and he sat me down reviewed all of my options for my GMC canyon and was extremely helpful with getting the best service for my truck. He went over the options and kept me aware that even though the miles are low TIME is also a major factor with the maintenance of my vehicle. And as always Lorenzo GMC has taken great care of my wife and myself which is why I bought 2 GMC canyons from them in the same year. Service is always quick and efficient, I pulled up at 7:30am and they got the ball rolling and my truck was being worked on within 20 minutes. Great company and people to work with. More
