Took my car to have the electrical checked out. Not happy! HDMI port still not fixed...I was told the device I was plugging in wasn’t working but now my phone doesn’t charge. Do NOT go on a Friday!! My car wasn’t even washed as dealers usually do after being serviced. Doubt my electrical was even checked. Waste of time. Completely unsatisfied. Advisor was nice. Didn’t pay anything but what a waste of time. Had to Uber since shuttle doesn’t run at all service hours. More

Worst post sale staff On July 1 I called the dealer to coordinate an appointment, I made several calls and nobody ever answered or returned my calls after leaving voice mes On July 1 I called the dealer to coordinate an appointment, I made several calls and nobody ever answered or returned my calls after leaving voice messages on multiple occasions explaining my situation, taking into account that the car is used by my wife who is 6 months pregnant, I was urgent to solve the situation, so I went to the dealer personally (having to lose time from my job) to request an appointment, after arriving there the person in charge in the service area tells me that the closest appointment available was July 8, more than a week later, I explained that with the current temperatures (averaging 90 F) I cannot allow my wife to be driving like this, the answer was the same, no car available and the next available appointment July 8, after stating that I did not agree with the solution they were proposing, he recommended that I can go to one of the other Buick or GMC dealers in the city so maybe they have more mechanics and cars available, when I ask for a reference in that dealer or if they could coordinate the appointment the answer received was Google it, that's the way they lose a customer about to renew their lease. More

So we got prequalified to save time. We found the car we wanted and once every thing was ready we went over to drive the car. When we drove it we could only go a certain place around the dealership. It wasn’t enough to get up the speed to notice the vibration it had. They also were supposed to clean it and it was not. The windows in the rear would t work. We noticed this after the fact. I called and was told you bought a warranty, Grrrr. I live 2 hours from the dealer and he wanted me bring it back to them because he didn’t want to pay another dealer to fix it. The only plus was he gave me a courtesy vehicle. I went back to get my car and the windows still didn’t work. They had another piece and now it does work. It still vibrates a little but at this point I am just frustrated. The salesman Juan did a good god getting our application processed quickly but what he failed to tel us is the air compressor was bad and it was on order. . More
