Oh my last service appointment they made me wait a ridiculous amount of time to be served because they could not find the employee at service for a long long long time it happened to be he had to take ridiculous amount of time to be served because they could not find the employee at service for a long long long time it happened to be he had to take care of personal matter but it was handled incorrectly and I waited a ridiculous amount of time I am not looking forward to having to service my car there again for this reason management did not handle this correctly.
