I would not recommend anyone ever use your service department . Your company had my car for two months and didn’t fix a thing. You billed my warranty company for services that were not performed. Your maintenance section is the epitome of incompetence. Your incompetence came at my expense. At last count, I’m down close to $10,000. I kept complaining about the same issue. For the amount of time my car was there, I would have hoped that the issue was found by the trained professionals at GM. At the end of the day, I feel betrayed and let down by your company. Cada vez es más pésima mi opinión de este dealer, me vendieron un carro con problemas que no me han resuelto porq dicen q todo está según los estándares pero tiene un ruido molesto en la suspensión tras vendieron un carro con problemas que no me han resuelto porq dicen q todo está según los estándares pero tiene un ruido molesto en la suspensión trasera, supuestamente y q ellos ahora mismo no dan con el y como si fuera poco ahora pagaron menos del pay off de un trade in que entregue para sacarme la sierra porq simplemente esperaron al siguiente balance donde yo evidentemente tuve q hacer el pago hasta q ellos pagaran a mi banco todo el pay off pues de lo contrario se afectaría mi crédito. Hoy, un mes y medio después estoy lidiando con dos problemas q son su completa responsabilidad y no se encargan de resolverlo. Poca empatía y mucha hipocresía es mi opinión sobre este dealer.
