Went in for a coolant leak, got returned the car and it still leaks coolant. Don’t understand what was fixed but the issue was not resolved. I took a trip to Orlando with my family and currently have to re still leaks coolant. Don’t understand what was fixed but the issue was not resolved. I had to take my new car of 3 months to the dealer because some module was broken and the car was unable to drive. Once my car was diagnosed, they did not keep me informed as to the progress of my ca because some module was broken and the car was unable to drive. The piece that my car needed was on back order and I understand that, it's not their fault but they should've keep the client informed. I had to constantly call to recieve updates on my car which was at the dealer for 25 days. Also they do not provide a loaner car for service, even if the service takes longer than 25 days. When I went to pick up the car they had scratched and dented the passenger door and scratched and chiped the paint in the front bumper. Service agent did not even know this had happened to my car. They did not handle this issue appropriately in my opinion, they wanted me to call their dent guy and keep traveling back and forth to the dealer to get this resolved. They needed to keep my car and get this fixed. Once they fixed the dent they wanted me to go back another day to fix the paint but I had to tell them no and made them keep the car until it was fixed. I dont understand why they wanted me to keep wasting time, gas and miles driving back and forth for a mistake they did. They never once apologized for damaging my car and were not understanding to my concerns. To complete my experience they didnt even do a good job fixing the paint in the front bumber. In my opinion the customer service at this dealer is lacking from the receptionist to the service agent. More
I had my car serviced for several issues. It was at the dealership for 11 days. Upon driving my car, I noticed that the same AC problem was recurring.
