Went of an oil change, obtained price over the phone and at the time of paying they added several other fees. Adrian , Luisito and Lixaleth are a crew of their own working as a team. Courteous, friendly, respectful and most important dedicated to their work. Lorenzo shall be very proud of having a team like them, for which makes it more valuable I've met on my last visit at Lorenzo Buick. I will certainly come back and will look for them again! The service is horrible. They don’t have any mechanics. They did an oil change on my car and did not fix the recall which is a safety hazard, so I am basically driving around They don’t have any mechanics. They did an oil change on my car and did not fix the recall which is a safety hazard, so I am basically driving around after I took the car to the dealer with a recall in my vehicle and they did not fix it, their excuse was that they didn’t have a mechanic so if they don’t have a mechanic, why would they give appointments for service or maintenance on vehicles? I honestly go there because I purchased my vehicle there and it’s extremely close to my home but the dealer and the service department are the worst in customer service in all of Miami , it’s a shame More
