Extremely attentive to the customer and actively listened to our overall constraints of needing the car repaired as soon as possible in the mi class. He set our expectations in the most courteous manner, kept us informed at all times about the latest status of the diagnosis and repairs and worked with our extended warranty company to meet their requirements for documents/pictures. Service Manager is very friendly and courteous. Nice guy. However, inability to leave voicemail message on his phone, took way too long to diagnose issue. After diagnosis, vehicle was at dealer f Nice guy. However, inability to leave voicemail message on his phone, took way too long to diagnose issue. After diagnosis, vehicle was at dealer for 9 days with only a catalytic converter warranty repair. Vehicle looks like was parked under trees which an external accessory was damaged along the back of the roof. I did not report it because I noticed it when I got home. I didn’t do a walkthrough at the dealer. My mistake. More
