This was my first visit to Doral GMC for service work on my 2014 GMC Sierra Truck (I purchased this truck in Daphne Alabama). I had some fuel issues for which another dealership (Chris Myers) did not go out my 2014 GMC Sierra Truck (I purchased this truck in Daphne Alabama). I had some fuel issues for which another dealership (Chris Myers) did not go out of their way to investigate; however this dealership (Doral GMC) did just that. After a wonderful intro with Carlos and Geovanny taking great concern to my issues they passed it along to their top tech Joel. Within twenty minutes Joel spoke with me and identified the problem as a bad fuel control module for which was the cause to all three problems I presented to the entire group. I am so very pleased with this group and highly recommend anyone to Doral GMC. During my wait, all the employees I came in contact were very pleasant, kind and nice to me. Benny was very kind and greeted me right away as I stepped out of the car. Took my information down and addressed my concerns with the car very diligently. As my GMC Yukon XL was driven to the technician's area, he escorted me to the lounge area and made me coffee, turned on the TV and instructed me on how to use the remote control to change the channels. He also gave each of my kids a lolypop and took them to the playroom so they would be entertained during the wait. As I sat in the waiting room, a salesman by the name of Yosmel, offered me and my boys some hot chocolate. I had some questions about purchasing a Buick Enclave next year, and he took me out for a test drive and guided me in the process of buying a new car. My wait did not seem like a wait at all as I was constantly entertained. My boys didn't even want to leave! More

Went to Doral GMC Buick dealer earlier today and they showed great customer service. Staff very friendly and respectful. I called the dealer early in the morning to see if the battery was covered under the factory warranty and Benny told me for sure it is come on down and we will getting you going, he even advice to use the battery was covered under the factory warranty and Benny told me for sure it is come on down and we will getting you going, he even advice to use the road side service that comes with the car. Once again, I had the pleasure of having my car serviced by Bennie. I originally leased my car from Doral Buick because I liked the way that Bennie treated my sister in law while servicing her Saturn. I w by Bennie. I was so very impressed by Bennie's professionalism and friendliness, that I decided on the spot to lease a 2011 Buick Regal. I am enjoying the Regal and it has given me no problems at all, but a car you can get anywhere. That is not true of a great service advisor. Bennie is the best and if he should ever decide to leave Doral Buick, I would definitely follow him with future car purchases and service. I hope that you know how very good he is to his customers. I also had the opportunity to work with Carlos today also. A very, very nice man. I commend you on Bennie. I am so happy that he is my service advisor. I wouldn't even consider using anyone else. I had scheduled a service appointment for today at 9:30am with Benny over the phone. I had 3 different issues with my vehicle all under warranty that needed to be taken care of. After arriving for my appointment, Benny told me I had to wait since he had a lot of cars to take care of. I replied that I had an appointment. His response was: What am I supposed to do? Look, I have this lady here waiting. I have a lot of people. And turned around and left. I told him again, I have an appointment. What are appointments for then? He did not reply. I left very disappointed at the service. This was my 2nd and last vehicle from this dealer. This is not the kind of reply you give to a customer, much less with an appointment! More
