I took in my car for some minor stuff, the 15K service and being a girl I had no idea what that entailed. For the first time in my life I came to service my car and I felt informed. Sergui went above an and being a girl I had no idea what that entailed. For the first time in my life I came to service my car and I felt informed. Sergui went above and beyond to explain everything that was going to be done to my vehicle and why. He presented me with options and was very patient. I was provided with the upmost respect and the best customer service I have ever experienced at a dealer. Thank you, you have made a loyal customer out of me! I drive a 2007 corvette and always have it serviced at Doral GMC. The last time I took my car for service the engine of my car had a ticking noise coming out of it. The service righter took very good care Doral GMC. The last time I took my car for service the engine of my car had a ticking noise coming out of it. The service righter took very good care of me and explained what could be the problem with the engine. I left my car and within a few minutes he called me back with diagnostic of the problem. My car was fixed in the least possible time. There is no other place that I have had the type of service I was offered to me at Doral GMC. More
