Best service experience everytime Every time I have to take in my vehicle for oil changes or maintenance its always a pleasure to come by the dealer and have Benny take care of us. My Buick Verano was towed from my home to dealer service right bef I never write reviews but want to compliment the service department of Doral Buick. My Buick Verano was towed from my home to dealer service right before service department closed. Due to my disability I could not go to dealership on tow truck but was promised a ride to service department next morning. Next morning dealership called and a dealer courtesy van came to my home to pick me up. The car was fixed under lease maintenance agreement with no extra hidden costs. In a world of fake promises, they delivered with incredible professionalism and courtesy. More

Outstanding... Thanks Benny Perera!!! I ran into some trouble with my Enclave, and I had to bring it in on a Friday of all days. Benny was able to fit me in. He took great time and care to not only capture what I have been experiencing in my car (even going out to the car to reproduce the symptoms...), but he checked in the system and saw that I had not only missed a key maintenance event, but I had 4 recalls. One of these was a safety recall. This guy is the "real deal", and even though I may not be happy with my Enclave I am confident that if I bring it to Benny, I am going to get the best attention and care possible. You guys should clone him!!! Another person that needs some Kudos is Jenny from the Loaner Car Department. She is absolutely the best. She took care of me and made sure I was in a loaner car and on the road as soon as it was feasible... These guys are Rock Stars!!! Keep up the good work Benny and Jenny...
